Job Description :
- Build and deploy machine learning systems addressing complex energy sector challenges
- Partner with business teams to translate requirements into technical solutions
- Implement AI capabilities (including LLMs) within existing infrastructure
- Lead code quality initiatives and experimental framework design
- Mentor colleagues in data science methodologies
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or quantitative field
- 3+ years hands-on experience building production ML systems
- Expert-level Python programming with software engineering best practices
- Proficiency in deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face)
- Cloud computing experience (AWS) and containerization knowledge
- Excellent analytical and stakeholder communication abilities
Background
- Financial markets or commodity trading exposure
- Dashboard development using visualization frameworks
- Forecasting and econometric modeling expertise
- Scalable system architecture experience
- Workflow orchestration platforms knowledge
- DevOps and automated deployment practices
