Sustainability Coordinator CSRD

Your Responsibilities

Regulatory Monitoring & Advisory

• Track and analyze developments in CSRD and ESRS regulations.
• Support internal teams in ensuring compliance and implementing best practices.
• Monitor key publications from regulatory bodies (EFRAG, ESMA, GRI, etc.).

Double Materiality Assessment

• Identify key ESG issues through engagement with internal and external stakeholders.
• Assess the financial impact of ESG factors in collaboration with the finance team.
• Provide strategic recommendations on material sustainability issues.

CSRD Sustainability Reporting Preparation

• Analyze and structure data to assess materiality and information availability.
• Coordinate data collection and organization with relevant teams.
• Contribute to the development of ESG KPIs and sustainability objectives.
• Ensure consistency and compliance in ESG reporting.

CSRD Audit Support

• Work closely with auditors to ensure transparency and accuracy of reported data.
• Collaborate with the financial consolidation team to ensure high-quality reporting.

Your Profile

• Master’s degree in Law, Sustainability, Corporate Social Responsibility, or a related field with regulatory expertise.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in ESG compliance, sustainability reporting, or non-financial auditing.
• Strong knowledge of CSRD, ESRS, and ESG reporting frameworks.
• Fluency in French is mandatory, with excellent English skills (C1 minimum).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
• Proactive mindset with a keen eye for data accuracy and compliance.
