Sales Associate FR/EN/AR H/F

We are seeking a passionate and driven Sales Associate for our Watches & Fine Jewelry department at a prestigious boutique in Geneva. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the highest standards of care. As the face of the boutique, you will create a warm and welcoming atmosphere, providing each customer with a personalized, exclusive experience that makes them feel valued and appreciated.

Responsibilities:
 

• Consistently meet and exceed individual sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Maintain a results-oriented mindset while fostering a positive, can-do attitude at all times.
• Create a welcoming, client-focused environment by delivering exceptional service in-person, over the phone, and through digital communication channels.
• Build and nurture both local and international client relationships, with the ability to attract and retain high-value clients.
• Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge, engaging clients with the stories and details behind our offerings.
• Collaborate with the management team to resolve client issues efficiently, ensuring both client satisfaction and business success.

Profile:
 

• More than 3 years of retail experience, with mandatory experience in High Jewelry in Switzerland.
• Strong drive for business results combined with a passion for creativity, fashion, and the brand.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and foster long-term connections.
• High empathy and an agile, solution-oriented approach to problem-solving.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
• Fluency in French, English, and Arabic, additional language skills are a plus, especially in Russian.
• Excellent presentation, strong sense of confidentiality and ethics.
